Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping documentation.
Split Shipments
To improve delivery efficiency, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive on different dates.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, any refund may be reduced by applicable shipping, handling, or return fees where permitted by law.
