All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business and inventory management process, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong item, size, color, or quantity.
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the product's intended function.
  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be considered, your claim must include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the shipping label.
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging.
  • Clear photos and a video showing the defect.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation or after the reporting period may be denied.

Inspection Process

All claims are reviewed individually.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional information or evidence.
  • Denlist claims that cannot be verified.
  • Determine, at our sole discretion (except where prohibited by law), whether an item qualifies for a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Returns

A return will only be authorized if we specifically request that the item be returned.

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • It must be received in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
